Al purchases over $99.00 ship for free via DHL, UPS, USPS o Fedex Ground anywhere in USA, (except Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico) yuo may get your orders faster for an additional fee. Please check our rates when checking out.
Shipping:
Most of our products are shipped Ground by either Fedex, DHL or UPS and take from 5 to 7 business days to arrive to any destination within USA.
We always keep our customers informed about the Day of Shipment and the aproximate day of arrival, via phone or email.
Once your pack arrived we always call you or email you to check with you if everithing was as it should & to ask for your opinion and feedback about our product and service.
Returns:
We are 99.9% error free, but it case anything goes wrong and we delivered a defective product that requires to be reprinted, we offer 3 options:
1.-You can keep the product for 1/3 of the price list and wait for your new product replacement.
2.-Fedex, DHL o UPS may stop by to pick up the defective product with no cost to you and it will take 8-10 working days for your product replacement to arrive.
3.-If you decide to make any changes to the reprinted product, you can, and you will pay 50% of the price list only.
